In this article I will tell you about my impressions and technical characteristics of my new Sony Alpha 7 camera, although for someone like, for someone new and for someone old, this model was released more than a year ago, but I managed to save money only now working at the main job in two shifts, this is the life of a blogger. Not all bloggers get a good salary, so my camera went to me for almost half a year.
DSLR or mirrorless
For all DSLR lovers, this model will not work, because there is no mirror, but the photos are more than worthy for comparison with the same Mark3 from Canon. In terms of size, I'm tired of carrying a huge backpack with my Canon 60D and a 17-40mm lens behind my back. Now I rest not only from the load behind my back, but also by the pleasant process of photographing, so that all functions are very well selected in one place and setting up for the terrain takes little time. But it's worth noting that even though the Sony Alpha 7 is more compact, its size still won't save you space.

Where to start the test - review of the Sony Alpha 7 camera? Well, of course, from its appearance, I can say with great and basic confidence - the era of bulky DSLRs is over, Sony's company has been talking about this for more than two years and is slowly moving towards mirrorless cameras, which is why I started looking towards mirrorless cameras from Sony. Since Canon and Nikon still cannot break away from the production of large SLR cameras, the development of this direction continues to this day.
For those who decide to switch to small sizes, I advise you to take a closer look at such models as Fijifilm T-10 and Sony Alpha 7, 7R, 7S, mark2 series. Here you don't really roam, for which there is money, then we take it, of course, a full frame should always be a priority. As for Olympus mirrorless cameras, I am not passionate about this brand and found the only negative, they have few removable lenses.
As for the body of the Sony Alpha 7, I got the feeling of a very high-quality camera made of magnesium alloy, all the buttons are more than in their places. Before buying this model, I looked through many reviews where they talk about the wrong location of the buttons, so you can adapt to everything and take great pictures wherever the shutter button is located. If we could not get used to everything and constantly improve, then monkeys would remain.

Of course, I will not list all the technical characteristics here, the Internet is already full of the same on every site, you read all the same, I will highlight several characteristics, one of which is the viewfinder, it is more than huge, my past Canon 60D has a viewfinder was very small and compact, but here you watch the action through the wide screen, which has all the necessary functions.
The Sony alpha 7 has a very good mode that will allow you to turn off the external display and select all functions only by looking through the viewfinder, this function saves the battery very well, which already holds little charge, but more on that later.

Lenses for this full frame model are very expensive, but I decided to take the simplest 28-70mm for 17,000 rubles, of course this lens, based on its design, is not worth the money, because if you take it apart, you will not find any glass, lenses - one solid plastic. But for starters, this lens is more than suitable for any photographer. Many professionals, of course, already have their own lens park for a full frame, so they only take the body. By the way, with the help of adapters to Sony alpha 7, any lens from Canon, Nikon, Minolta A will fit, maybe others, but have not tried it yet.

Battery Sony Alfa 7
Here you should seriously think about the battery, the battery will run down too quickly! When shooting for a long time in nature, about 4 hours, I completely drained the battery, which did not have a very positive effect on my overall impression of the camera. If you really decide to buy a Sony alpha 7 and no matter which series, then think about a second battery or a VG-C1EM battery pack.

And yet, as for the video from the Sony Alpha 7 camera, the quality will simply delight you, besides, my most common 28-70 lens has a built-in stabilizer. When shooting video, it's also worth noting autofocus, the camera quickly adjusts to the point you need compared to the Alpha 7S and Alpha 7 Mark2. The shooting mode, like all the standard ones, I will not say anything new, the shooting takes 25 and 50 frames per second. They say that if you change the software, then the option to select 24 frames will appear.
Well, here is my amateur test - the review of my new camera is over, I deliberately did not go into the details of the characteristics of this model, because beginners in this business will 'break their brains', and professionals already know where to find all the necessary information about the deeper technical aspects of this models. Therefore, do not judge strictly my post, I just decided to write my thoughts and my impressions.
In general, the camera is completely satisfied, its dimensions and photo quality are simply amazing even with a standard lens, the era of bulky equipment is already leaving, which means it's time to master the new technology now.
