Impudently, unceremoniously and rudely BG took two whole days of rest from me! Everything is legal, you can't dig, but it's still unpleasant and unfair. Let me tell you so that you too are ready for such turns of fate.
I bought a tour to Turkey for 7 nights.
7 nights is a conditional thing: it can promise both 6 and 8 days of rest, depending on the time of flights.
At the stage of buying a tour, I was offered to choose flights from the number of available ones. Of course, I chose the earliest morning flight from Moscow to Turkey and the latest evening return flight. This combination promised me almost 8 full days off.
Of course, in the explanations when booking the tour, it was said that the tour operator can change the flight times at its discretion. Biblio-Globus offered to buy the "flight specification" service at a price of about 4500-5000 rubles in order to accurately fly the selected flight. Of course, I did not do this with the expectation that the TO will change the flight only as a last resort and this is unlikely to happen. But it was not there!
In the morning I receive a tour confirmation and bad news. BG assigned me the most unprofitable flights: the evening one there and the morning one back - in general, it did everything exactly the opposite and thus cut my rest for two whole days. It's a shame! Something I doubt that BG did not have the opportunity to send us on vacation with exactly the flights we wanted. It's more like Pobeda deliberately puts passengers on different parts of the plane so that we buy paid seats next to each other. Ugly.
conclusions... If at the stage of booking a tour you see that different flights are available, be prepared for the fact that regardless of your choice, the tour operator may put you on the most inconvenient one. If the departure time is very important for you, then you will have to fork out for the "flight specification" service or look for another tour from another operator.
