Or they say: a standard by the sea for 500 rubles! Seduced - it's cheap. Then it turns out: per person, no amenities in the room, no window, 2 km downhill to the sea. We needed something to be inexpensive, spacious, not a grandmother's option. It turned out that you just can't find it.

Friends, we live in the 21st century. It is high time to book accommodation online, especially for the summer - the hottest time. It's safe, convenient and fast - you don't even have to get off the couch. You will have a guarantee, but there will be no intermediaries and commissions!
Three sites that we use to book accommodation in Crimea - Booking, Hotellook and Daily... These are the whales of online booking, and now I'll tell you more about each.
Booking - the most convenient of all. A bunch of useful filters, a lot of photos, detailed descriptions, a loyalty system - for example, we have discounts as genius travelers. The assortment of housing is huge: ordinary hotels, resort hotels, houses, apartments, villas, guest houses, sanatoriums, boarding houses - for every taste.
To book accommodation in Crimea on Booking, you only need to check the box "I travel for work" in the search form - this is how the system bypasses the sanctions. For you, this point does not play any role, it's just a way out that the creators of the service came up with. Conveniently, some accommodations can be booked without payment and with free cancellation in case plans change.
Hotellook Is a site that finds the best price among different booking systems such as Booking, Ostrovka, Agoda and others. It is convenient to use it if you want to book a hotel you like in Crimea at a cheaper price. For example, you found it on Booking, then go to Hotellook and look for the same hotel - it is highly likely that you will find it cheaper.
Housing is very different. In Crimea he is looking for no problems, no dances with a tambourine and ticks. The downside is that the assortment is not as wide as on Booking, and the interface is lame.
Daily - a site where you can book a house, apartment or room in Crimea. Housing from the owners, without intermediaries. Previously, there was only the private sector, but now there are guest houses and even hotels. The filters on the site are convenient, like those of Booking, the map is also cool. There is a bonus system. It's funny that on the Daily you can even book accommodation for self-isolation - they keep up with the times!

Avito and other message boards
We do not trust sites like Avito - they often display non-existent housing, and then the gimmick begins: oh, sorry, that option is no longer there, but look at this, but let's go here. It's even worse - to run into scammers, because you will transfer money, but housing does not exist. So be careful with this - it is better to book accommodation in Crimea on the verified sites, which were mentioned above: Booking, Hotellook, Daily.

Housing prices
It is expensive to live in the South Coast, and the most expensive is in Yalta. You can book hotels and houses on the seashore in the summer of 2021 only from 5,000 rubles for two. A little further from the sea, the price tag is no longer so high - from about 2,500 rubles. Usually, rooms in guest houses are the cheapest in Crimea.
In other resorts of Crimea, the price tag is more humane: you can book a hotel, guest house or apartment by the sea from about 3000 rubles.
How to save
There are several options to save money when booking accommodation in Crimea:
- Search online strongly in advance, at least 3-4 months in advance.
- Rest in the off-season or at the very beginning of the season.
- Settle not near the sea, but a little further away.
- First, find it on Booking or Daily, and then double-check the price on Hotellook - suddenly it's cheaper there.
- If you have a genius status on Booking, you can also save money. Sometimes the discounts are significant!
- Play with dates on the sites: some hosts make a discount when booking a week or more.
Underwater rocks is also there. The most important thing is that if you went to Crimea in the off-season, ALWAYS book accommodation with the possibility of free cancellation. The fact is that the owners often have advertisements, but they themselves are in Ukraine or somewhere else, and cannot receive guests in any way. I didn’t come up with this, it was with us in Olenevka and Kacha - the reservation had to be canceled. Therefore, after booking, when the host number will be sent to you, immediately call and warn that you will arrive.
